This order, which comes into force on 6 March 2015, provides that, for the purpose of section 126A of the Private Security Personnel and Private Investigators Act 2010 (the Act), the specified date is 6 June 2015. The effect of this order is that, commencing on 6 June 2015,— • repossession agents will be required to hold a licence under the Act: • repossession employees will be required to hold a certificate of approval under the Act.
