Ihloff Salons
Marilyn Ihloff is founder and President of Ihloff Salons and Day Spas. The salon was founded in 1980
and has grown to 150 team members with two Tulsa locations and a Norman location. Sustainability
is a core value of the company, which uses only healthy and sustainable Aveda products. Each year,
Ihloff Salons mount an Earth Day Campaign and in 2015 raised close to $15,000 for our global, regional, and local Earth Month partners. Marilyn sits on the board of the Tulsa Regional Chamber
where she chairs Mosaic, the Diversity and Inclusion arm of the Chamber and the Sustainable Tulsa
Board. In 1998, Marilyn cofounded the Cherry Street Farmers’ Market.

Libby Billings
Elote/The Vault
Libby Billings is a Tulsa native and Booker T Washington alumni. She graduated from the Culinary
School at Oklahoma State University. Libby owns Elote Café & Catering as well as The Vault. She is a
board member at the Tulsa Regional Chamber as well as Chair Woman elect for the Downtown Coordinating Council. When Libby isn’t running her two restaurants she is spending time with her two
energetic kids.

Carla Grogg
Grogg’s Green Barn
Carla is a graduate of Oklahoma State University.
A desire, not a degree, has driven Carla & Kelly to open Grogg’s Green Barn. Grand opening was in
2011. Grogg’s is Tulsa’s local, organic and Sustainable plant and landscape nursery. Behind the name
is a passion for growing organically, community involvement and a desire to educate others on what
sustainable landscaping is. At their retail location they practice what the preach…the retail facility
encompasses over 12 sustainable features, including: a 5,000 gallon rainwater tank, backyard chickens, composting, observatory bee hive, rain garden and much more…
Carla drives the company with new ideas & products. Keeping the company unique and bringing the
latest trends in urban gardening is their number 1 goal!
Andrea Haddox is a social work major at Tulsa Community College, President of the Alpha Zeta Alpha
Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa, and would like to help make a positive contribution to the food desert
issue in Tulsa. After TCC, she will move on to NSU in Broken Arrow to work on her bachelor's degree
and then OU for her master's.
Joel Garza is a senior majoring in global environmental sustainability major at Oral Roberts University. Sustainability, he believes, is vital to secure our future. He became more passionate about it
through a developmental trip to Brazil this past summer. Currently, Joel is an intern with Sustainable Tulsa and trying to figure out how to make a living after graduation.
Mikalyn Burns is a Global Environmental Sustainability Major with a focus on International Missions
at Oral Roberts University. She plans on taking her environmental knowledge into the missions and
development field to aid in sustainable development worldwide.

Kerry Rowland
PSO Power Forward
Kerry Rowland manages PSO’s Commercial and Industrial Energy Efficiency Program which provides
education, financial incentives, and energy assessments for businesses (profit and non-profit),
municipalities, and schools. The program promotes energy savings and aims to reduce customer’s
electric bill. Since 2011, the program has achieved 189 million kWh savings and provided PSO customers with $13.1 million dollars for incentives. Before working for PSO Kerry worked for the City of
Tulsa for 14 years in numerous environmental positions. She finished her career as a Water Quality
Specialist where she provided high level technical and managerial support on regulatory compliance, asset and energy management for a demanding water utility. Kerry holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Botany (1994) and Master of Science Degree in Engineering & Technology Management (2002) from Oklahoma State University. She is president-elect of the Oklahoma Association of
Energy Engineers (AEE), member of ASHRAE and International Ground Source Heat Pump Association
(IGSHP). She has published articles in Southwest Water Works Journal and the American Water
Works Association Opflow Magazine. She holds the Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and Certified
Lighting Efficiency Professional (CLEP) certifications.

Thelma Latimer-Davis
American Airlines
Thelma Latimer-Davis is a Native Oklahoman and Graduate of Oklahoma State University where she
majored in Mechanical Engineering. Upon graduation from OSU, Thelma entered the oil patch as a
field engineer for Amoco Production Company and later joined the Oklahoma Natural Gas Company
as a staff engineer. Thelma presently enjoys her position at American Airlines in Tulsa as Manager
of Environmental Engineering where she manages the award winning Environmental Engineering
Department and specializes in Air Quality. Thelma began developing compliance strategies during a
period when the regulation of air toxics was quickly transforming and significantly expanding. As a
result, Thelma has a unique industry perspective of regulation structuring, codification and implementation. Recognizing that the Clean Air Act provides for prohibiting toxic emissions with minimal
consideration of cost, she also respects that responsible industries such as American Airlines often
require the use of toxic chemicals in their processes to assure flight safety. Thelma has had the
distinct opportunity to engineer industry solutions that simultaneously meet regulatory demands and

Corey Wren Williams brings to Oklahoma decades of experience in the environmental and sustainability fields. Ms. Williams is the Founder, Past President and Executive Director of Sustainable Tulsa. She works to oversee the strategic vision of both long-term and short term and oversees daily
goals and activities for Sustainable Tulsa. She has served as the Executive Director since
2006. Ms. Williams’ goal is that Tulsans embrace and practices sustainability every day! Ms. Williams has co-chaired the Henry Bellmon Sustainability Awards in partnership with Rotary Club of
Southside Tulsa since 2010. She served as the sustainability consultant to the Millennium Center for
Green and Safe Living and the Langston University Tulsa Urban AG Connections Program Coordinator. Ms. Williams has received several awards including the 2010 Green Award for Sustainability
from the Oklahoma State University Environmental Sciences Graduate Program, 2008 Millennium
Center award from Tulsa Partners, 2008 Mayor’s Tulseys Green Award, and the 2008 Earth Day
Hero from the Tulsa Zoo and Living Museum and the 2006 Emily McCauley Award for Oklahoma Sustainability Impact. Ms. Williams is a native Tulsan and graduate of Booker T. Washington High School.
She earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Natural Resources from Humboldt State University,
Arcata California, where she served as a Co-Director for Humboldt State University Campus Center
for Appropriate Technology.
