Matt Keen Joins KS Bank as KS Wealth Management Advisor
KS Bank has announced that Matthew “Matt” T. Keen has joined the bank as Wealth Management Advisor. Through LPL Financial, he will develop and help implement customized financial plans for customers based off of each individual’s financial needs. Earl Worley,
KS Bank Chief Operating Officer, said, “Matt has unique experiences as a financial advisor, employee,
and student athlete from which he has developed strong leadership and communication skills. He specializes in the area of wealth management and we look forward to our customers meeting with Matt to
develop financial strategies for their needs.”
After receiving his Master of Trust and Wealth Management degree from Campbell University in 2011,
Keen worked as a private advisor for a regional financial institution in the Annapolis, Maryland area.
His responsibilities included delivering advisory solutions for investments, insurance, retail lending,
mortgages, financial planning, and estate planning.
Keen holds several licenses including Series 7 and 66, held with LPL Financial, as well as NC Life and
Health license. He is also licensed with Nationwide Mortgage License System. Keen graduated from
Campbell University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. During his time at
Campbell University as an undergraduate, he was the starting centerfielder for the Campbell baseball
team. Keen is originally from Four Oaks, NC.
