Steps to Clear Cache in Internet Explorer browser:
To remove all the temporary Internet-related files from your computer when you use Internet Explorer ,
follow these steps:
1.
Start Internet Explorer.
2.
On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
3.
Click the General tab.
4.
Under Browsing History, click Delete, and when you are prompted, click Yes to confirm.
5.
In the Delete Browsing History dialog box, check all options as below.
6.
Click Close, and then click OK to close the Internet Options dialog box.
7.
Close the Internet explorer browser and open a new instance of Internet explorer and open HR
Direct.
Steps to Clear Cache in Firefox browser:
1. Click the “Menu” icon in right corner.
2. Click on “History” option.
3. Click “Clear Recent History” option
4. Choose Time range to clear and details as mentioned below and click “Clear now”.
Steps to Clear Cache in Chrome browser:
1. Click “Customize and Control Google Menu” icon in the right corner as highlighted below.
2. Click on “Settings” options from the menu.
3. Click “Show Advanced settings” option which would be at the bottom on the screen.
4. Click on “Clear browsing data” button.
5. Select the options as mentioned below and click “Clear browsing data”.
