Students enrolled in the PACE program
who want to get a jump start on their
career are encouraged to apply for the
Youth Apprenticeship Program.
As a PACE Youth Apprentice Program
Business and Industry Partner, you will
have the opportunity to host a job shadow
experience for an apprenticeship program
participant.
Once accepted into the program, students
will begin to receive career exploration
opportunities and training such as:
Business and Industry Partners will be
asked to mentor our youth apprentices
and provide important feedback to PACE
coordinators in order to ensure student and
program success.

managerial positions in Oceana,
Lake, and Newaygo counties are
