The Multiculturalism Secretariat at the Province of Manitoba funds projects
that aim to promote awareness of multiculturalism and diversity issues. We are
seeking your feedback on the event which you attended. The information you
provide will help us better understand how well we are meeting our objectives.
Any information you give us will be anonymous.
This survey includes three sections – A, B, and C. After completion, please
submit this survey either to the event organizers, by mail to the Multiculturalism
Secretariat at 6th floor-213 Notre Dame Ave., Winnipeg MB, R3B 1N3, or fill
