How does it work?
On the following page you’ll find the assessment in the form of a wheel.
The eight sections of the wheel represent key areas of your life...

Career
Friends & Family
Significant Other / Romance
Fun & Recreation
Health
Money & Personal Finances
Personal Growth
Physical Environment (Your home, city or anywhere you spend a significant amount a time)
Creating your Life Balance Wheel is simple.
Seeing the centre of the wheel as 1 and the outer edges as 10, rank your
level of fulfillment in each life area by drawing a curved line to create a new
outer edge.
This is your wheel, so answer based on your current level of fulfillment, not
others’ definition of success.
When you’ve completed all areas, the new perimeter will represent the
wheel of your life.

What does it all mean?
Take a look at your Wheel. How does it roll?
The Wheel is a reflection of how smooth or bumpy your ride through life is. When you are fulfilled in all areas of your life the ride is smooth, but when
you neglect an area of your wheel the ride through life can get bumpy.
And because all parts of your wheel are connected, they influence each
other. Imagine the impact that ignoring your health can have on your
career or family.
To be truly fulfilled you must find balance in all areas of your life.
What’s next?
Being aware of the imbalances in your life is the first step, but now you
need to take action. How will you regain balance and become more
fulfilled in every area of your life? Create a plan and get to work.
For many people, wanting to take action and knowing what actions to take
are very different things.
If you want to discover how you can achieve greater fulfillment, learn what
actions to take, and have an accountability partner to support you in the
process, a coach can help.
