APPLEJACK BRANDY

APPLE ROUGE
1 1/2 ounces Dubonnet Rouge
1 ounce Applejack brandy
Pour both the Dubonnet wine & Applejack
brandy into a mixing glass half-filled with ice
cubes. Stir well, strain into a cocktail glass.
Serves 1.
APPLE TODDY
1 baked apple
1 tablespoon sugar
2 ounces Applejack brandy
1 nutmeg
Place the baked apple, sugar & applejack into a
mug. Fill the glass two-thirds full with boiling
water & grate a little nutmeg on top. Serves 1.
APPLECAR
1 ounce Applejack brandy
1 ounce triple sec
1 ounce fresh lemon juice
APPLE RUM RICKEY
3/4 ounce Applejack brandy
3/4 ounce white rum
1/4 fresh lime juice
Carbonated water
Pour applejack & rum into a highball glass over
ice cubes. Fill with carbonated water & lime
juice. Stir. Serves 1.
APPLEJACK DAISY
2 ounces Applejack brandy
1 ounce fresh lime juice
1/2 teaspoon grenadine syrup
1/2 teaspoon sugar
Pour Applejack brandy, lime juice, grenadine &
sugar into a cocktail shaker half-filled with
cracked ice. Shake well. Strain into a chilled
cocktail glass. Garnish with a slice of lemon & a
maraschino cherry.
Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a
cocktail glass. Serves 1
APPLEJACK MANHATTAN
2 ounces Applejack brandy
1/2 ounce sweet vermouth
1 dash orange bitters
APPLEJACK COCKTAIL
1 1/2 ounces Applejack brandy
4 dashes grenadine syrup
1 ounce fresh lemon juice
Pour the Applejack brandy, vermouth & orange
bitters into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice
cubes. Shake well & strain into a chilled cocktail
glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
Pour the Applejack brandy, grenadine & lemon
juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice
cubes. Shake well, strain into a cocktail glass.
Serves 1.
APPLEJACK SOUR
2 ounces Applejack brandy
1 ounce fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon sugar
1 splash soda water
APPLEJACK COLLINS
2 ounces Applejack brandy
1 ounce fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon sugar
4 dashes orange bitters
Soda water
Pour the brandy, lemon juice & sugar into a
cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake
well & strain into a highball glass. Top with soda
water, garnish with a lemon wedge.
Pour the Applejack brandy, lemon juice, sugar &
orange bitters into a cocktail shaker half-filled
with cracked ice. Shake well, & strain into a
chilled collins glass. Top with soda water, to
taste. Garnish with an apple slice.
BLESSED EVENT
2 ounces Applejack brandy
2 ounces Benedictine herbal liqueur
1 dash Curacao orange liqueur
3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker halffilled with ice cubes. Shake well, strain into a
cocktail glass.

DRESSED UP LIKE A DOG’S DINNER…
TIDAL WAVE
1 ounce Baileys Irish cream
1 3/4 ounces Applejack brandy
1 ounce Kahlua
4 ounces orange juice
6 ounces hot chocolate
Splash of cranberry juice
1 1/2 ounces Applejack brandy
1 ounce sweet vermouth
Pour Applejack over ice in a tall glass. Add
orange juice & a splash of cranberry juice.
In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes,
Garnish with an orange slice.
combine all of the ingredients. Stir well & strain
into a cocktail glass.
PUERTO APPLE
AUTUMN MANHATTAN
2 splash bitters
2 ounces bourbon
1 ounce Applejack brandy
1 ounce sweet vermouth
Combine all ingredients & shake softly in shaker
until too cold to handle. Strain & pour straightup into martini glass & add a slice of fresh red
apple.
APPLE PIE
1 teaspoon Applejack brandy
1 teaspoon fresh lemon Juice
1 ounce white rum
1/2 teaspoon grenadine
1/2 teaspoon sweet vermouth
Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.
Garnish with an apple slice.
HOT CINNAMON CIDER MARTINI
5 ounces hot apple cider
1 ounce Applejack brandy
1 ounce Goldschlager
Combine in a cocktail glass and garnish with a
cinnamon stick.
ROYAL SMILE
4 parts gin
2 parts Applejack brandy
2 parts grenadine
1 part fresh lime juice
Combine all ingredients in ice-filled shaker,
Shake, strain & pour into a martini glass.
GEORGIA AUTUMN COCKTAIL
1/3 ounce Applejack brandy
1/3 ounce fresh lime juice
1/3 ounce peach brandy
1 1/2 ounces Applejack brandy
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 ounce Orgeat syrup
3/4 ounce white rum
Pour all ingredients into shaker & shake with ice
& strain into an old-fashioned glass half-filled
with ice cubes. Garnish with a slice of lime.
RUBY COCKTAIL
3 dashes grenadine
2 ounces gin
3/4 ounce Applejack brandy
In shaker filled with ice shake & strain into a
cocktail glass. Serves 1.
ANGEL FACE
1/2 ounce apricot brandy
1/2 ounce Applejack brandy
1/4 ounce gin
Shake ingredients with shaved ice & strain into a
chilled cocktail glass.
LIBERTY COCKTAIL
3/4 ounce Applejack brandy
1/2 ounce dark rum
1 dash simple syrup
1 ounce ice water
Shake ingredients with crushed or shaved ice.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
JERSEY GIRL
1 1/2 ounces Applejack brandy
1 ounce Cointreau
1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
2 dashes of cranberry juice
Shake well with ice & strain into a chilled martini
glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.
Combine all ingredients in a shaker filled with
ice. Shake & strain into a cocktail glass.
