air, and tries to catch it. If Josh, Logan, and Ava each toss all the popcorn from
their cups into the air, how many pieces of popcorn will they toss in all? How
much of that popcorn do you think each one of them will catch?
4. Ava brings a 64-ounce box of red licorice, a three-pound bag of chocolate
candies, and a 16-ounce bag of stick pretzels. How many pounds of snacks
does Ava bring altogether?
5. Logan brings six juice boxes. Each box contains 200 milliliters of juice.
Logan also brings a two-liter bottle of lemon-lime soda. If Josh, Logan, and
Ava share the soda and juice equally, about how many liters will each child get?
6. Three of the movies cost $1.15 each to rent for one day. The other two
movies cost $1.38 each to rent for one day. If Ava, Josh, and Logan return
the movies on time and divide the cost evenly, how much will each child pay
for renting the movies?

bored and can’t watch anymore movies. The first movie they watched
lasted one hour 18 minutes. The second movie lasted one hour 38
minutes, and the third movie lasted two hours five minutes. If Ava, Josh,
share the popcorn equally, about how many cups of popcorn will each
one get?
