2. Dutton Paul, Differential Diagnoses: A Comparative History of Health Care
Problems and Solutions in the United States and France (The Culture and Politics of

3. Series of scanned articles provided in Pdf.

You are expected to legibly write four pages double-spaced in your journal
about presentations by guest lecturers, documentaries watched inside or
outside of class and visits to Museums or Hospitals.
15 entries of your choice are required. You can also turn in a typed document
(4 pages double-spaced for each entry) or use a 1 subject notebook, 8" x 101/2"
Final paper will be 10 pages long and related to a health issue comparison
between France and the USA. Please consult your professor with the choice of
topic.
Final presentation will be related to final paper and supported by a power
point. It will not exceed 10-15 minutes.
