Great War Fallen Commemoration dates 2015
Semester 1: 12 September to 24 December 2015
The University is commemorating the lives of each member of our community lost in the Great War. This is being led by the Chaplaincy. War dead will be
remembered during Morning Prayer Services (08.45 in the Memorial Chapel) as close to the centenary anniversary as possible (weekends and University holidays
permitting), followed by the planting of a poppy cross in the First World War Memorial Garden. The dates of death are as reported to the Commonwealth War
Graves Commission or information supplied to the University by the families.
