BOOKING RULES
The price of the court for each racquet sport is always valid for 2 people per 60 min. on 1 court. Other non-members on the court must pay a fee of 30 Kč per visit.
Cancellation costs vary depending on when the court reservation is made. There is no cancellation cost when you cancel the reservation more than 24 hours beforehand, 50%
of the price is charged when the cancellation is made less than 24 hours beorehand, but the full price is charged when the cancellation is made less than 8 hours beforehand.
The cancellation costs will be charged at the next visit or paid from your OMEGA account (except in cases of bad weather – for clay courts).
The OMEGA Centre is not always contactable by phone to make cancellations! Non-members may book a tennis or badminton court as long as they have enough credit
on their OMEGA account. Both members and non-members (who have enough credit on their OMEGA account and have received a password from reception) should use the
on-line reservation system to make bookings and cancellations. You may book a single visit in person or by phone. All members may make reservations up to 4 weeks
beforehand. Non-members can book their activities only 2 weeks beforehand. Members are also able to make long-term reservations.
