Presenting teams will have 1 or 2 chances to present their idea
PROCESS
1. In the first round of presentations, all presenting teams will get a turn
- Each team gets 12 minutes – allot 8 minutes for presentation and 4 minutes of Q&A
- Only one presenting team is allowed in the room; Other teams wait outside
2. After presenting, wait outside the room while the judges and student panel go through the feedback session
3. Prepare to present again if chosen for the CLARITY session
- 2-3 teams may be called back
- If chosen, focus on answering the judges’
questions about your concept
4. Wait for the announcement of the WINNING TEAM
KEEP IN MIND
• Practice and use the scorecard as a feedback tool
to improve
• Be passionate while presenting and show excitement about executing your solution
• Tell stories, use prototypes and deviate from PowerPoint to make an impact
• Make time for Q&A and use it to clarify any questions about the concept
When part of the panel, listen to the presentations
• Look for the best solution instead of the best presenter
• Don’t penalize teams who have only one presenter
• Look for passionate teams who are excited about executing their solution
• Individually complete the score card in real-time to keep track of details

• Make sure to keep track of teams as you watch multiple presentations

In the final round, the 6 teams will present in front of all the
participants and the panel of judges, who will decide the winner

The team that wins each Regional Event will be invited to
the Hult Accelerator, a business incubator in Boston
• Review your concept
-What you did well
-What are the gaps and what you need
to improve on
• Be prepared for the Accelerator
-Ideally everyone on the team should participate
-Make sure to have this on your calendar
for the summer
• The Hult Prize team will contact you for next steps
on logistics
