In the first round of presentations, all presenting teams will get a turn - Each team gets 12 minutes – allot 8 minutes for presentation and 4 minutes of Q&A - Only one presenting team is allowed in the room; Other teams wait outside 2. After presenting, wait outside the room while the judges and student panel go through the feedback session 3. Prepare to present again if chosen for the CLARITY session - 2-3 teams may be called back - If chosen, focus on answering the judges’ questions about your concept 4.
