to cure the default on the above-referenced property as one of the following:
The owner of the property

I am requesting that the Public Trustee obtain a written statement of the amount necessary to bring my loan current. I understand that I must bring in cash or a
cashier’s check made out to the Denver County Public Trustee for the full amount by 12:00 noon on the expiration date of the statement in order to cure. I
understand that, as guided in state statute, cure figures provided by the foreclosing attorney will expire between 10 and 30 calendar days after their
issuance, and that it is my responsibility to contact the public trustee for updated figures at least 15 days prior to the sale date. The signature below

prior to the sale date that figures may not arrive before the property goes to sale.
