No admission for children under 14 years old,
please put your mobile phones on silent.
Finally, close your eyes and relax amid a cozy
feeling of warm seclusion. Let your life energies flow and forget the passage of time.

Cloack room
In the entrance area you can find our dressing
rooms and two hairdryers. You are welcome to
use a locker to store your belongings. You can
get a key for the lockers at the reception for a
deposit of € 5,00.
Sauna
Rejuvenating infusions at our sauna, stimulating your senses in ouraromatherapy area, a
nice chat in our steam bath, massages, facials, manicure, pedicure ... Or cooling off in
our “Almsauna” (outdoor sauna)

Pure relaxation
Steam Bathing has a very long tradition. It used to bevery popular in Ancient Greece as well as in
Ancient Rome. Back then ist was called “Sudatorium”. A Steam Bath has the benefits of a sauna, but
it doesn`t get as hot as in a regular sauna and humidity is much higher. Hot steam is very good for
your health, for your respiratory tracts and to better rheumatic ailments. It also makes your skin look
healthier, enhancing blood circulation and cleansing toxins from your skin. Opening hours from: 3.30
pm - 7.00 pm.
Sunbed - Everyone is talking about the weather.
Not you. It doesn`t matter whether it`s summer or
winter, day or night - our “sun” always shines. Every
time you want it to shine! Have a sunbath in one
of our sunbeds and get energetic while tanning.
Sunbathing rejuvenates, activates your metabolism
and thusyour performance. Tokens are available at
the reception desk.
The fragrance corner creates a pleasant climate
for your body with a 50° C temperature that is both
warm and humid. You can enhance the steam
with two different scents.
Relax your muscles in a calming aromatic steam
bath. You can choose between balm and eucalyptus. Available from 3.30 – 7.00 pm

Almsauna
Salt grotto &
Outdoor Sauna (Almsauna)
Our latest attraction in our spa center is a socalled antique “Troatkasten”. This used to be a
storage for corn. The “Troatkasten” in our wellness
center is originally from Hüttenberg, a village in
Carinthia. We put a lot of work and effort in the
revitalisation of this 150 year old gem. We used
this Troatkasten as outdoor sauna: temperature 80°C. On the first floor there is a tiny resting
room. As it is located outdoors, you may use the
pond with ice-cold water to off.
How do you get there?
From the entrance area of your wellness center you just continue walking along the hallway,
through the wooden doorand you are right there!

Salt Grotto - NEW
The healing effects of salt have a long history. Reports of medicinal benefits go back to
the 3rd century. Salt forms a protective coating against electromagnetic radiation. Each
breath enhances physical and mental performance, and strengthens the organism’s defenses. An ideal prerequisite for deep relaxation!

bustling. The desire to relax and enjoy the silence
increasesin this stressfull world. Our infrared cabin
is an ideal place for you to do just that.
Infrared cabins were especially designed for people seeking caressing warmth, without the heat in
aregular sauna. Room temperature is comparable to body temperature and this is a gentile therapy forbody, mind and spirit.
Please turn on the sauna yourself. Instructions can
be found inside the cabin. There is only one colour, this colour doesn`t change. Sauna needs to
be preheated.
When you are ready for small between-meal refreshments during the day, feel free to help yourself to our juice bar in the wellness area.
