LET ME INTRODUCE OUR NEW HEALTH AND WELLNESS PARTNER
OCCC cares about the health and wellness of our employees. That is why we have partnered
with Catapult Health to provide free, quick, and confidential preventative health checkups right
here at the College during the month of October. These checkups will be available to all employees covered under the OCCC health plan.
If you think you are healthy, fantastic! This 30 minute checkup will help confirm that. But if you
have any warning signs or risk factors, this checkup can help you identify what is going on. A licensed Catapult Health Nurse Practitioner will help you create a personal action plan for improving you health, if you like.
Catapult Preventative Checkups focus on the most common and costly chronic diseases. Each
checkup includes lab-accurate diagnostic blood work, a fully tailored Personal Health Report provided at the time of the checkup and a private session in a closed door room with a licensed Catapult Nurse Practitioner. Your individual results are strictly confidential and no one at OCCC will
have access to your personal health information.
We want all of our employees to be healthier, happier, and more productive-at home and at work.
If you have questions about what to expect in your health checkup, you can find patient videos
highlighted real experiences about Catapult Health’s Preventative checkups by visiting
