Erin Bennett
Erin is a Director in PwC's Transaction Services accounting advisory practice based in New Jersey/New York Metro
area. She has 10+ years of experience assisting a diverse range of companies in resolving complex accounting issues.
She has extensive background working with multi-national companies with the application of both IFRS and US
accounting standards. She has extensive experience with IFRS conversions, M&A activity, revenue recognition
implementation focused on pharmaceutical & life sciences, retail & consumer and technology industries.
Previously Erin worked in Washington DC and London before moving to New York. She spent 6 years working in the
firm’s US and UK National Professional Services Group specializing in business combinations, segments,
impairments and other M&A related activities. Erin is a CPA licensed in Virginia and New Jersey and holds a
Bachelor of Accounting degree from the Loyola University.
