When asked, "what assistance would you like from the Senate?" the answer was "training!" Jaycee chapters across the nation are in need of training about the basics of Jaycees, how to run an effective meeting, preparing project reports, parliamentary procedure, etc. They have asked if we could identify Senators in each state who would be willing to train Jaycees. They are particularly interested in recruiting Senators who would be willing to be trained as trainers so they would be up to date with current Jaycee programs and terminology. As you have your upcoming meetings and events would you please present this opportunity to your members and send the information back to me as soon as possible. Thanks for your assistance! Larry For all you Senators receiving this electronic update, please contact Scott Fitzgerald #63745, [email protected], [email protected], with your willingness to train Jaycees.
