Southwest Airlines® Cargo is offering discounted rates for inbound
service to the following Road Feeder Service locations:
Atlanta (ATL)
Charlotte (CLT)
Cincinnati (CVG)
Greensboro (GSO)
Huntsville (HSV)
Memphis (MEM)
Rates are valid from February 1, 2011 through April 30, 2011.
Commodity code 9801 must be inserted to receive the rates.
Promotional Rate Terms & Conditions:
In order for the discounted rates to apply, the following criteria must be met prior to the shipment being tendered: a preprinted
Southwest Airlines air waybill or Universal air waybill reflecting a valid Prepaid Cargo account number must be provided, Next Flight
Guaranteed (NFG) or FREIGHT must be selected, the commodity code “9801” must be inserted into the “Commodity Item Number”
box. The promotion is valid 01FEB2011 to 30APR2011 and the promotional rates supersede previous rates. Rates are only
available from Southwest Airlines and Road Feeder Service originating cities. Carrier reserves the right to terminate this promotion
at any time without prior notice.
Piece dimensions are determined by combining the width, length, and height. Piece dimensions exceeding 90 inches will be
accommodated as bin space permits, and are subject to advance arrangements by contacting your local Southwest Airlines Cargo
facility. The single-piece weight limit cannot exceed 200 pounds. Rates do not include applicable taxes, surcharges, or fees, and
are subject to change without notice. No shipment may contain any Department of Transportation restricted articles. Each shipment
must meet all regulations set forth in and governed by the Southwest Airlines Co. Official Cargo Contract of Carriage in effect at the
time of shipment.
