Nanosphere Delivery of Therapeutic Compounds

Therasomal Nanosphere Delivery
Nanosphere Delivery of Therapeutic Compounds
Liposomes are microscopic single- or multi-layer spheres made of phospholipids
(the basic building blocks of cell membranes) that encapsulate a compound in
order to bypass the digestive processes that normally degrade or limit its
absorption.1

Quicksilver’s Therasomal Nanosphere Delivery improves upon liposomal
technology with a patent-pending process that makes smaller, more stable,
single-layer spheres in a more concentrated delivery (500mg of vitamin C in 1 eyedropper full!). In addition to exceptional absorption rates, nanospheres also
demonstrate the ability to cross the blood-brain barrier,2 deposit their cargo
intracellularly3 and enhance lymphatic circulation of therapeutic compounds.4
Additionally, the phospholipids that compose the liposome shell feed the cell membranes. This ensures the
proper function for the absorption of nutrients and the excretion of cellular waste products and toxins.
Therasomal Nanospheres bring the power of intravenous therapy into a convenient oral delivery.
Nanospheres can even provide higher intracellular delivery of some therapeutic compounds than an IV
can!4 All Therasomal Nanospheres feature small size (75-200 nm) and the highest grade of
phospholipids (injectable grade).
Quicksilver Scientific Therapeutic Detoxification Therasomal Delivery Products
•
Vitamin C/R-Lipoic Acid: The absorption of conventional oral
Vitamin C diminishes rapidly as the dose increases (e.g. ~19% for
1000mg oral vitamin C). Nanosphere delivery greatly increases
absorption. This premium product contains 1000 mg sodiumbuffered, non-corn based Vitamin C (tapioca-source), 50 mg
sodium R-lipoate (the biologically active form of lipoic acid),
and 300 mg injectable-grade essential phospholipids per 2 ml
(two droppers’ full). This product can be held intra-orally for
maximum absorption before swallowing. Bottle contains 24 1-ml
doses.
•
Glutathione: Nanosphere encapsulation protects the glutathione from digestive enzymes that
otherwise prevent absorption of oral glutathione supplementation and has demonstrated over 100
times the efficiency for intracellular delivery in cell cultures than IV-based glutathione3. Our
Therasomal Glutathione comes with a pharmaceutical grade precision pump to accurately deliver
100 mg of reduced glutathione per pump and 137.5 mg of injectable-grade essential phospholipids.
The patent-pending process plus our natural ginger flavoring allows this product to be taken intraorally for maximum absorption without the foul sulfur taste typical with liposomal glutathione products.
Product can be dosed every 3-4 hours for even delivery through the day. Each bottle delivers 100
pumps.
•
EDTA/R-Lipoic Acid: This top-grade product is made with a large dose of injectable-grade essential
phospholipids (1.8g per dose), a mixture of MgK2EDTA, CaEDTA, Na2EDTA and pure R-lipoic acid. This
adds additional strength to the detox program for lead, cadmium, nickel, arsenic and aluminum.
