In addition to this, you will learn the skills for surveying rooms, drawing plans and developing your ideas on paper to scale. Come and improve your English in a supportive and engaging environment, using the latest technology. Our highly qualified teachers will enable you to achieve a qualification in ESOL Skills for Life at an appropriate level and you will have the opportunity to progress to either our vocational or academic courses in the future. Your ESOL course will be six to nine hours a week, depending on which skills you are developing, and may include Functional Mathematics and ICT. You will develop the confidence to communicate effectively in your local community and will engage with other learners from different backgrounds and cultures. We offer ESOL courses from Entry Level 1, 2 and 3 to Level 1, at which stage you will be able to access ESOL with your choice of vocational area. All courses will involve enrichment activities (short residential visits and/or trips to museums etc) as well as career advice and guidance.
