RENTAL FEES & POLICIES
for the YOCHA DEHE WINTUN NATION
AUDITORIUM at CLARA
The CLARA Auditorium may be reserved between the hours of 8am and 10pm Sun-Thu and 8am11pm Fri-Sat.
PEAK RATES
(Friday after 4pm, all day Saturday & Sunday. Requires a 3-hour minimum.)
• Rehearsal rate: $60/hour
• Show rate: 3-hour minimum, hourly rental rate depends on ticket price.
o Tickets $10 and under: $60/hour
o Tickets $19 and under: $65/hour
o Tickets $20 and up: $70/hour
o Alternately, if the renter wishes to use CLARA’s ticketing system, we are willing to
provide the space for 20% of the total gate, with a minimum (date deposit) of
$200.
• Nonprofit (non-performance) rate: $65/hour
• Private event or event hosted by for-profit organization $90/hour
• Full-day buy-out: $600
OFF-PEAK RATES
(Monday, Tuesday after 4pm. Requires 3-hour minimum.)
• Rehearsal rate: $45/hour
• Nonprofit (non-performance) rate: $55/hour
EARLY BIRD RENTAL RATES
(Monday-Friday prior to 4pm. No minimum)
• CLARA tenants: $30/hour (CLARA tenants are charged Early Bird rate, regardless of time)
• Rehearsal rate: $35/hour
• Nonprofit (non-arts group) rate: $45/hour
• Private event or event hosted by for-profit organization $50/hour
All reservations also require the renter to provide a $250 damage deposit (can be a separate
check), and a copy of the renter’s certificate of event insurance showing the Studios for the
Performing Arts Operating Company and its affiliates as additional named insureds.
DATES ARE RESERVED UPON RECEIPT OF A SPACE DEPOSIT
(50% OF THE TOTAL RENTAL AMOUNT UNLESS OTHERWISE
MENTIONED ABOVE).
