4. With a pen or pencil, mark on the ruler where the starting
edge lies on the ruler. Round up to the nearest ¼ cm mark for
the bestfit.
3. Once the ruler is cut out, wrap it around your wrist and
tighten it so it fits comfortably. Not too loose or too tight around
the wrist.

correctly. Cut out the ruler template as closely to the edge as
possible (do not cut off the peak of the marker at 0 centimeters).

not be too large or too small (less than 1/8 of a cm in error is acceptable). If the credit card is either too large or
