Allow Park Avenue Mansion to host your special event in the warm ambience of our 1874 Victorian Bed & Breakfast. The Inn offers friendly elegance and attention to detail that will make your event both magical & memorable. We host only one event at a time and use all the inn’s public space for your celebration so we are able to give our undivided attention to your party and your guests. Events are held Sunday through Thursday and may beginning at 12 pm OR 2 pm at $150.00 per hour fee to insure that the inn is solely yours for the time your event is taking place; food / menu cost is additional. Our downstairs front parlor and library make the perfect place to gather your family and friends to celebrate your occasion. Our dining room provides the space for us to provide your group with coffee and tea, along with freshly baked goods (such as cakes, cookies, scones and muffins or something more substantial, such as a menu above). The menus above are samples of a few things we offer – allow us to customize your special event to match your theme, taste and budget. Of course, weather permitting, the gardens and wedding rotunda are available as a favorite option. White, green, burgundy or black linens are used along with antique china, silver flatware & vintage accents. Centerpiece floral arrangements and votive candles are provided for the tables, in keeping with the old-world feel of the inn and your event color scheme. (Shall remain the property of the inn). Food & drink items may be added at an additional cost. Host may bring wine; glasses can be provided. Please inquire. You may bring favors and any additional items, required for the party at least one week prior to event date. Missouri tax laws require us to charge 8.5% sales tax on all our packages. We add a 20% service fee (for all parties of six or more) to the package total much as a restaurant would charge a gratuity, to pay for the service staff for your event.
