Dear Parents/Guardians of students from Nursery to Grade 8:
The École Stanley Knowles Fundraiser is scheduled to start Friday, September 19, 2014 and will run un'l Tuesday, October 14,
2014. We will be selling an assortment of Nestle Nut Free King Size Chocolate Bars (Smar'es, Coffee Crisp, Aero and Kit Kat) in
cases consis'ng of 25 bars, at a price of $3.00 each. Each case is worth $75.00.
It is our inten'on to send home one case with each student unless you have indicated that you do not wish to par'cipate in this
fundraiser. We hope that each student will sell at least one case. The box of chocolate bars will be sent home on Friday,
September 19, 2014. If you DO NOT wish for your child to be involved in the selling, please return the tear-off por'on by Tuesday,
September 16, 2014.
If the tear-off por on is not returned before Tuesday, Sept. 16, we will send home one case per student.
All money raised is used to offset the cost of various student learning ac vi es, plays and performances such as Manitoba
Theatre For Young People and Ar sts In The School, as well as field trips, technology, a new playstructure as well as a new digital
Marquee Sign. If you choose not to par cipate in the fundraiser, a monetary dona on would be greatly appreciated. (A tax
receipt will be issued for dona'ons of $25.00 or more. All cheques should be made payable to “Children’s Heritage Fund”)

- if payment for 1 case of chocolate bars (or tax deduc'ble dona'on) is received by
Wednesday, September 24, 2014 the student will automa'cally receive a mini prize.
3 cases
- $10.00 GiF Card
5 cases
- $25.00 GiF Card
10 cases
- $50.00 GiF Card
(Please note that the winners of the Grand Prizes and Runners Up, are NOT eligible for Gi8 Cards)
Weekly prize draws: For every complete case of chocolates sold (or tax deduc'ble dona'on) your child’s
name will go into a draw for prizes. (See reverse for prize draws)
The top selling class in Nursery to Grade 3, Grades 4 - 6 and Grades 7 and 8 will win a free pizza party in their class.
**Any addi'onal cases of chocolate bars must be requested (and distributed) through your child’s
homeroom teacher only, and not the office. Cases must be paid for before an addi onal case can go
home.
Please note that we
are NOT encouraging
door-to-door sales.
