MEMORANDUM FOR ASMC MONTGOMERY CHAPTER MEMBERS

SUBJECT: General Meeting, 17 Nov 2010 Minutes
1. The American Society of Military Comptrollers (ASMC) Montgomery Chapter convened a
meeting at 1130 hours on 17 Nov 2010, at the Antipasto’s Restaurant in Prattville, AL.

2. Mr. Bob Magee, Chapter President, welcomed everyone and calle
called
d the meeting to order.
The group recited the Pledge of Allegian
Allegiance and Anne Devereux provided the invocation.
3. President Magee discussed the vote for the amendment to the constitution. Thirty (30) active
members were present for the vote (20 were nneeded for a quorum) and approval
al was unanimous
amongst members.
4. The meal was served and the meeting was paused while the guests enjoyed their meal.
5. Ms. April Morgan introduced the guest speaker, Ms. Lori Law. She provided an
a informative
and entertaining
tertaining update on Air Force financial systems.
6.. The Fundraising Committee led by Lola Pate raffled off the Alabama, Auburn and Troy
baskets, raising over $500.00 for the Montgomery Chapter scholarship fund.
7. The next meeting is scheduled for 16 Dec 2010 at the RSA Tower and will include our
Christmas Toys-for-Tots drive.
