The charge for extra operational hour is always with 30 min before arrival and 15 min after departure. For opening hours that’s completely outside the regular opening hours the
operator will be charged for the minimum 3 hours. Prices for extra operational hours includes the cost of emergency services, corresponding to the aircraft weight and removal of snow,
in accordance with the Transportation Board's regulations.
I hereby certify, as authorized representative of the Carrier, that I recognize and accept the liability conditions of the IATA Standard Ground Handling Agreement of January 2013, as
amended (appearing overleaf) for the performance of the service requested by the Carrier. All charges shown on this form are subject to approval by the Handling Company’s
accounting department. Over-collections will be refunded, under-collections will be invoiced.

Passenger Handling
Nextjet is responsible for the Passenger Handling Services at the airport. Normally they handle all passenger handling for companies operating in Ornskoldsvik Airport. In
cases they don´t have staff in place they transfer the responsibility for service to the airport operator, Örnsköldsvik Airport. For contact Nextjet, Phone: 0660-29 22 86.
Parking and passenger Charges
For parking of aircraft at the airport the charges depends on the MTOW of the aircraft. The charges is: 18,50 SEK per day and tons.
The first four (4) hours is free. The minimum fee after four hours is: 180 SEK.
Passengers charges / airport safety and facilities. The fee is for Domestic: 53 SEK and International: 82 SEK.
Limit of liability
The limit of liability referred to in Sub-Article 8.5 of the Main Agreement, in the IATA Standard Ground Handling Agreement of 2013, shall be as follows:

If other types of aircraft than those mentioned above are used the Handling Companys liability shall be limited to the - at the time of the incident - current market standard
deductible for each aircraft type. The Handling Company’s liability shall however under no circumstances - as stated in article 8.5 in the Main Agreement - exceed US $ 1,500

Housing/Catering
If necessary, the airport can offer room for the crew at the airport. The accommodation is Hotel standard and the ability to order food is available. This had to be made no less
than 3 days before the intended flight.
If necessary, can also Catering and/or meals be provided by the local restaurant, Restaurant Air Launch.

you will be charged in accordance with the table on the above page. Airport reserves the right to deny access to the path where the circumstances so require.
Ordering and cancellation policy
Services can only be guaranteed in accordance with the agreed upon in the order and with the terms of agreement. Any additional services may result in additional costs or
that the service is not available.
Cancellations to this agreement made later than 24 hours before the specified arrival and/or departure time, will be charged 50% of the fees for: Ramp handling, passenger
handling, and extra operational hours.
