DI GLOBAL HR MASTERCLASS 2016
Are you able to TRANSFORM YOUR TALENT
into STRATEGIC IMPACT?
Most companies operate in a tremendously changing environment where focus on innovation, agile organizations,
and an attention to quality is requested. Therefore, an increased demand for talents who can turn strategy in to competitive advantages is needed.
≥
Within this context, the role of the workforce and the HR management
policies and systems supporting it has become an important topic in the

HR Management Systems and workforce performance management Professor Mark Huselid to Denmark to give a Masterclass on how to transform talent into strategic impact.
This Masterclass will provide you with the tools to truly transform your
talent into strategic impact. In particular, you will learn how to:
—— Create a differentiated workforce not easily copied by competitors
—— Differentiate the truly strategic capabilities within your company
—— Identify your wealth-creating ”A” positions
—— Articulate the roles of HR and line managers
—— Develop the right measures for your organization
The Differentiated Workforce: Low and high performers
Many companies fall into the trap of spending too much time and money
on low performers in non-strategic roles, whereas high performers in strategic roles are often not provided with the necessary resources, development opportunities, or rewards.
