Case History
Case I
Underweight female was born at 27 weeks of pregnancy
( pre-term baby).
With rapid heart rate, increased respiratory rate .
Chest X-ray revealed bilateral lung collapse.
Care plan included maintenance IV fluids and treatment using
surfactants as 100ml/kg.
