Figures reflect combined average gross sales during 2013 calendar year for 57 franchisees that owned 3
Edible Arrangements® Businesses as of December 31, 2013 as published in Item 19 of our May 2014 Franchise
Disclosure Document. Of these 57 Businesses, 24 (42%) had higher gross sales. A new franchisee’s results
may differ from the represented performance. There is no assurance that you will do as well, and you must
accept that risk.
