Your Email Address
Your email address is the most useful method to contact you through our districtwide ParentLink system. It is very important that you keep us informed
of your current email address, as well as all cell phone numbers. Not only can day to day information be sent to you from your child’s teacher or
school, but it will also be used in the case of a district wide emergency to keep parents informed. PLEASE make sure we have the most current
information at all times. Last year the School District of Lee County introduced the new Lee County Public Schools App, powered by ParentLink, to
provide parents easy access to student and District information. Don’t miss a single announcement, teacher message or school event! Visit the
App Store or Google Play to download our App today or go to:

Early Sign Outs
Please do your best to make any doctor and dental appointments after dismissal. Our teachers share with us that
students who are signed out early miss important instruction. It is also a distraction to call into a classroom for a child
to be dismissed because two other students have to leave the class to walk them to the office. We are busy in our
classrooms until the bell rings! Any early sign outs will be recorded on report cards with attendance and tardies.
Early sign outs end at 1:30 pm, please be here prior to this time if you do need to sign your child out early.
Thank you for your cooperation!

School Spirit Shirts
Show your school spirit by wearing a
HCE shirt the last day of each week!
HCE shirts are just $10 and are
available in the school office.
As we begin this new school year, please be sure to complete your child’s emergency card with all numbers
where you can be reached during the school year, as well as any medical information, or need for medication
while at school. The proper documentation and permission forms can be obtained from the clinic. Please check
with your child’s doctor to be sure all immunizations are up to date, and submit all immunization documentation
to our clinic...prevention is key to keeping your child healthy. We would like to see your child in school every
day, learning, healthy, and excited to participate in all of our school activities, but in the event your child is ill, or
has a fever, please keep him/her home and seek medical advice. Feel free to contact me throughout the school
year with any questions or concerns you may have. Looking forward to a healthy and successful school year for
all.
