Dear Valued Customer,
This notice is to inform you of changes being implemented to the Thermo Scientific Chromacol 18mm
Headspace Screw Thread Caps and Closures.
The current 18mm Screw Thread Caps and Closure products get a better magnetic screw thread cap with
improved fit, even for vials with short necks, in a rust free version for zero contamination of your valid samples
even under environments with high humidity. Due to an improved composition, the magnetic interaction with
the lifting magnet has been improved as well.
A complete list of relevant effected product codes can be found on the following pages.
This change will apply automatically to all closures, caps and kits (if not separately stated) from
now on.
The change only touches the cap itself. The septa of the closures or other compounds in the kits are not
changed at all.
