1. These Regulations shall come into operation on the fourteenth day commencement
of February, 1966.
2. Regulations 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 of the Pounds Regulations are repealed
and the following regulations inserted in their stead:—
" 4. The pound fees payable under the Ordinance shall be in accordance pound fees,
with the following scale:—
For each entry of an impounding

For each advertisement that the pound-keeper or the Minister is
required by or under the Ordinance to publish

" (2.) Where an animal is impounded and another animal or other
animals of the same kind belonging to the same owner have been impounded
during the preceding three months, the deterrent fees payable are twice the
fees specified in the scale in the last preceding sub-regulation.

" 7. The trespass rates payable under this Ordinance shall be in accordance with the following scale:—

" 8. The fees payable for the inspection of the books of a pound or for
extracts from those books shall be in accordance with the following scale:—

3. Regulation 10 of the Pounds Regulations is repealed and the
following regulation inserted in its stead:—
" 10. The fees payable under the Ordinance for the registration of FM« for
brands shall be in accordance with the following scale:—
