Pounds 471 Regulations POUNDS ORDINANCE POUNDS REGULATIONS* REGULATIONS 1966, No. 3t 1. These Regulations shall come into operation on the fourteenth day commencement of February, 1966. 2. Regulations 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 of the Pounds Regulations are repealed and the following regulations inserted in their stead:— " 4. The pound fees payable under the Ordinance shall be in accordance pound fees, with the following scale:— For each entry of an impounding .. .. $0.20 For each entry of release .. .. .. $0.10 For each advertisement that the pound-keeper or the Minister is required by or under the Ordinance to publish .. .. The cost of the advertisement plus Twenty cents For each notice delivered or posted .. .. $0.20 For each sale of cattle the property of one owner or, if sold in separate lots, for the sale of each lot .. $1.00 For each entry of sale .. .. .. .. .. $0.20 " 5 . The driving charges payable under the Ordinance shall be in Driving charges, accordance with the following scale:— Charge per mile or portion of a mile. Description of Cattle.
