T.E.N.S. is simply a means of stimulating your body’s own natural defences against pain. The unit produces a gentle stimulus through pads normally placed over the area of pain. This stimulus helps the body to produce natural pain relievers called endorphins, and to block the pain signal in its path to the brain. The correct positioning of the pads is important, so various body maps have been included to show pad positioning in order to achieve maximum relief. Many people feel immediate benefit from TENS. However a minority may only achieve benefit after repeated treatment sessions and over an extended period of time. 3 " Exclusions: The batteries must be considered excluded by this warranty, due to teir exhaust during normal usage. The pads are not included within this warranty, becouse submitted to the normal consumption. 20 TN-28 - Instruction Guide Rev.2.1 of 11/01/2003 7.
