** AMC Movie Tickets ** They are moving to one ticket that will be their Restricted Green tickets. The
AMC Green Ticket is valid for one admission to any movie except those distributed by The Walt Disney
Company, including, but not limited to, Disney, Pixar, Marvel and Lucas film, Ltd. titles. These tickets
EXCLUDE ALL Disney movies, including: ANT-MAN, BRIDGE OF SPIES, THE GOOD DINOSAUR,

How the A&E Committee Works:
The Arts & Entertainment Committee is a volunteer activity. Please be mindful of our
primary job duties, and use the inter-office mail to place your ticket requests. Please
contact the A&E committee member that is sponsoring the event that you are interested
in; this will get the timeliest response.
All offers listed above are on the website and are available to Xcel Energy employees
and their families. The offers are also available to staff augmentation contractors
currently working at Xcel Energy who have Company email access through the Outlook
email system. These offers are not available to other contractors or those outside of this
notification system. Additionally, personal checks can only be accepted from an
employee or contractor that holds a current company email.
Only the events listed in this email or posted on the website are available as noted.
When new events become available we will send notification.
Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) Policy: NSFs hurt all A&E participants. Therefore, the
committee will charge back any fees that are accrued do to NSF checks.
Additionally, we will keep track of NSFs and may require cash or money orders for
future events. Failure to pay back an NSF is immediate participant withdrawal from
all present and future A&E events regardless of cash or money order.
