CARDIO
BOOT CAMP:
Drop and give me 20! Take your level of power, agility, and strength
to the next level. Experience the effectiveness of near-maximum
exertion with athletic drills to attain your total body workout. Boot
Camp incorporates both high and low intensity moves to maximize
your workout.
STEP ‘N’ SCULPT:
Starting November 5th you can “commit to be fit”
and take the challenge of completing 21 Group
Fitness classes during the second session. Your
motivation and dedication to get healthy will not go
unnoticed, after completeling 10 classes, you’ll get
a free water bottle and if you complete the entire 21
classes you get a free t-shirt!

This class includes 30-40 minutes of step combos designed to entertain and keep your heart rate high and finishes with strength training
and flexibility work. Step is an excellent cardiovascular workout that
adds variety, and fun, to anyone’s endurance training program. Moves
on and off the step assist in agility and balance. Weather you’re new
to step or a long time fan, this class will make you work and keep you
moving.

ZUMBA:
MEMBERSHIP PRICING:
This high energy, heart pumping, dance-inspired workout that fuses
traditional Latin rhythms such as Salsa and Meringue with hip-hop.
Each class features simple, yet incredibly fun routines that help tone
your body and keep your heart rate up! Skip the work out, join the

MIND AND BODY
PILATES FUSION:
Tone your whole body with Pilates! Using intervals of Pilates and other
toning techniques, Participants will: strengthen and stabilize the core,
increase flexibility, and improve energy while reducing stress. Join us at
express Pilates for a fast paced challenge!!!
HATHA YOGA:
Faced with a thousand worries and a hundred things to do every day,
it’s easy to lose yourself in the mix. Hatha yoga allows you to step away,
unwind, and recenter yourself through controlled breathing, stretching, and balancing postures. Every posture and every breath is a form of
meditation, every moment an opportunity to rediscover yourself.
FLOW YOGA:
A class focused on energetic flowing sequences and breathing techniques. Participants rapidly from one pose to another while focusing on
balance, torso stability, and body control.
YOGA:
Need a way to de-stress and relax before or after a busy day? Come to
yoga! Challenge and connect your mind and body with a combination of
breathing and stretching techniques. This class also goes through a series
of energizing and relaxing postures.

CYCLE:
Are you having a tough time getting a high intensity sprint, hill and
interval cycling workout each week? Each week we will hit bike for
some power based training! A 45 minute sweat dripping ride followed
by 15 minutes of stretching and foam rolling.
CYCLE ’N’ SCULPT:
Pedal your way through an interval cycling class that will sculpt muscle and generate a serious sweat! This class is an intense total body
workout that will promotes muscular and cardiovascular development
to become a more efficient and healthier you. Toning and sculpting
your arms and abs makes this class a total body workout!
STRENGTH
KETTLEBELL :
Kettlebell will help kick your fitness goals into high gear! Exercises
work multiple muscle groups simultaneously, developing strength and
muscular endurance and efficient caloric expenditure. It focuses on
integrating breathing, movement and alignment.

Love Pilates but don’t have any time? Try our Express Core Pilates
for a head to toe workout. This express workout uses the foundation
exercises of Pilates to tone your core and improve your posture in less
than 30 minutes.

This 50-minute class targets your entire body. By combining a variety
of different exercises and equipment, this class tones your abs, butt,
hips and thighs. Great for those who need to maximize workout time.
Modifications and progressions given.
The ultimate in cutting edge strength training. Kettlebell uses cast
iron bells to blend strength and flexibility for maximum fat burning
and muscular endurance. Tone your body while pushing your cardio
capacity to the limit. The TRX training system builds strength, balance, flexibility and core stability. If you are looking for an advanced
level of fitness this class is for you.
