At Stroud’s Barbeque, our meats are hickory smoked for 24
hours at low temperatures to ensure a moist, tender product
with just the right amount of smoky richness. ALL the meat
is smoked, stripped and shipped when it is ordered. This
allows us to send you a product with the best quality and
most freshness possible.
Stroud’s Barbeque was started in Lebanon, TN in 1994. On
our second day of business, a lady got barbeque in zip-lock
bags to take back to her home town of Seattle, Washington.
A tradition was born. Through the internet, our website and
word of mouth, our customers and fan base grew and continues to increase. Today, our products go to areas all over
the country for special occasions, gifts, meetings, or just
because it’s good… we are still amazed and grateful.

Durable Packaging: Our hickory-smoked barbeque is fully cooked, vacuum-sealed
and shipped with frozen gel packs in durable, reusable, insulated coolers.
Shipped to Stay Fresh: Packages are shipped Monday – Wednesday with limited
Thursday shipping depending on your location.
Shipping and handling charges are $29.95 in the Eastern and Central time zones.
Express service for guaranteed arrival dates and/or Saturday delivery (where
available) is optional for an additional charge. (please call).

Standard Shipping: Standard shipping method is UPS Ground. Package shipped
in the Eastern and Central time zones are $29.95 for shipping. All packages from
Stroud’s Barbeque must be delivered within 3 days of our initial shipping date.
Check Accuracy of Your Delivery Addresses: Given the perishable nature of our
barbeque, Stroud’s can only guarantee delivery to the addresses we are given. Please
take a moment to verify your delivery address(es) prior to submitting your order.
• We do not allow shipping to post office boxes, UPS Stores or APO/FPO or
addresses outside of the United States
• Rural Route addresses must include box numbers and a phone number
• You are responsible for the accuracy of ship-to
