Health Walks in the Vale of White Horse

Wantage
‘Wantage Health Walks’
Thursdays 10 am for a 10.15am Start
Meet inside the Vale and Download Museum,
Church Street
Every Thursday morning just after 10am we start
from the Vale & Downland Museum, Church Street (
OX12 8BL), walk for about 40 minutes around lanes
and byways of Wantage discovering bits of the town
you may not have seen before and get back to the
Museum for tea, coffee or hot chocolate afterwards.
We offer shorter routes for those who feel unable to
complete the whole walk at the normal pace.
We walk to about 11 am covering about 2 miles
around the town.
Whenever necessary, the walk leaders will organise
a more limited walk for those who cannot manage
the full route starting out with the whole group and
re-joining the group in the Museum at the end.
