HK$1 Magazine Redemption at Chung Hwa Book Co. Airport Outlet Terms and Conditions
1.
"HK$1 Magazine Redemption at Chung Hwa Book Co. Airport Outlet" (The "Promotion")
is applicable to the Cardholders of both Principal and Supplementary Visa Platinum and
CUP Diamond Credit Card(s) issued by Bank of Communications Co., Ltd. ("the Bank") in
Hong Kong ("Designated Card"). It is not applicable to the Pacific Internet card and gift
card.

The Promotion Period is from 1 July 2016 to 31 December 2017, both dates inclusive.

The Promotion is applicable to the Chung Hwa Book Co. Hong Kong International
Airport Outlets ("Merchant") only.
4.
Each designated Credit Card can only enjoy HK$1 to redeem the magazine or
newspaper once each day within the Promotion Period. Cardholders are required to
present the Designated Card and the valid boarding pass (which departure date must
be same as the date of redemption and the name must be same as the Designated
Card) at the time of redemption, otherwise no offer will be granted. Cardholders can
choose the Offer at their own choice. If the redeemed item is above HK$15, Cardholder
is required to settle the balance at his/her own cost and the balance must be settled by
the Designated Card separately with the HK$1 redemption cost.
5.
HK$1 redemption fee must be settled by the Designated Card. If the Designated Card
cannot be used due to the damage if the chips or magnetic of the card or whatever
reasons render the cardholder cannot settle the payment with the Designated Card,
the Bank and merchant do not accept the redemption.
6.
Each Designated Card can redeem once each day with the Promotion Period. If the
Cardholder redeem more than once, the Bank reserves the right to charge HK$14
administrative fee for each redemption at specific time (refer to below table) at the
credit card account directly.

7.
The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, discounts
or coupons.

9.
Cardholder must redeem in person. No authorization is allowed in the Promotion.
10. The quantity of magazine or newspaper for redemption is limited,
first-come-first-served while stock lasts.
11. The Bank accepts no liability for the quality of products, services and/or information
provided by participated merchant. Any disputes or complaints in respect to
product/or services should be directed to the participated merchant.
12. The Bank reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions, to change or terminate
the Promotion at anytime without prior notice to the cardholders.
13. In case of any disputes, the Bank and the Merchant's decisions shall be final and
conclusive.
14. If there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese version of these terms
and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
