AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE FISH FARMER AND THE FISH
FARMERS DEVELOPMENT AGENCY, ……………
This agreement made on the ………… day of ……….. between the
Fish Farmer Development agency, …………. Represented by the Chief Executive
Officer, Fish Farmers Development Agency ( has in after referred to as the
agency) which expression shall unless the contact otherwise admits include a
successor organization administrative execution or any person interest with the

The fish farmer fully agrees to abide the directions, advises and instructions
given by the agency in regard to the development of intensive fish culture in
water area held by him or provided to home.
That the fish farmer agrees to accept the water area arranged by the agency
for the development fisheries by him. He also agrees to enter into an
agreement prescribed, with the owner of the water resources. He also agrees
to pay the lease amount directly by¦ the fish farmer into time to time to the
owner as stipulated. If payment of lease amount directly by the fish farmer to
become the agency whenever such payment are made.
That fish farmer had already received training for composite fish culture from
the Fish Farmers Development Agency.
That fish farmer agrees to undertake renovation of the pond allotted to him
by the agency and taken on lease by him as per the plan and estimates
supplied by the agency. The amount required form a Financing Institution, as
decided by the agency to entering into necessary arrangement and fulfill
other formalities, as stipulated by the fish financing institution or as approved
by the agency. He also agrees to provide guarantor.
That the fish farmer to undertake intensive fish culture in the development
water area per the instructions given by the agency or advised by the agency.
The fish farmer agrees to keep a record of fish culture operation harvested
and marketing inclusive of fish financial transactions.
The fish farmer agrees to send the agency, particulars of fish catches
regularly. .
That the farmer agrees to follow the procedure introduced by the agency in
regard to harvesting of the fish crops and marketing.
The fish farmer agrees to make payment of loans taken from the financing
institutions/Govt. and lease amount due to the order of the fish pond taken on
lease by him in time. He agrees that the agency has full authority in regard to
the collection of the amount form him.

10. The fish farmer undertake that he would execute fish cultural operation with
honesty and sincerely as per the advice of the agency and that he would takes
and effective area under the culture. He further undertake the would conduct
exploration and marketing of fishes as per the advice laid down by the
agency. He shall not any excuse particular of natural calamities of theft as
reason for any non-payment of dues.
11. The fish farmer agreed to provide a guarantee by the assets or proper surety,
acceptable to the loaning agency to the loan arranged by the agency.
12. The agency shall take all necessary steps to arrange for long term lease of the
site for pond excavation/ a pond form Govt. or local body for the fish farmer
as final decided upon by the agency taking into full amount the need of the
fish farmer as carious other relevant (reacted) aspects, if shall also help the
fish farmer in the preparation of plans and estimates and excavation/
reanimations of the pond.
13. The agency shall arrange the loan required by the fish farmer for the pond
excavation/reclamation from the financing institution. It shall also arrange
loans towards inputs for the first does of culture activities.
14. The agency undertakes to obtain form Govt. and provision to the fish farm
subsidy to the extents sanctioned.
15. The agency undertakes to provide continuous extensions service to the fish
farmer. The supplies various input including
fish need.

16. The agency shall assets the fish farmer is marketing effective and timely
arrangements for the, of the fish from the pond it shall also make and
effective arrangement for the marketing of the fish catches.
17. The agency agree to arrange for training to the fish farmer in the maintains of
various registers including those relating to financial transaction.
18. The agency will introduce a fish crop system to motivate the farmer to
produce the maximum availability of fish.
19. The agency and the fish farmer agree that his agreement can be modified in
the manner desired by mutual consents subject to the approval of the State
Govt. and Ministry of Agricultural, Govt. of India.

AGREEMENT

Party) and the Governor of Haryana (here in after called the Govt. Second Party).
Whereas an application made by the applicant to the Director of
Fisheries Haryana for the grant of subsidy. The Govt. has agreed to grant the same
as per terms and conditions hereafter appearing.
1. Subsidy will be take to the extent of 20% on loan taken by the applicant from
bank or incurred his own pocket for the purchase of nets subject to maximum
limit of Rs. 3,000/-.
2. That the applicant shall :(a) Apply for the grant of subsidy in the form laid down by the Director
Fisheries Haryana for the grant of subsidy.
(b) Furnish sub periodical details as may be called for from time to time to be
the Director of Fisheries, Haryana or his representative authorized on his
behalf.
(c) Non utilization of subsidy for ¦ the purpose of aforesaid shall strictly
observe all the Administrative Institutions issued by the Director of
Fisheries, Haryana form time to time in connection of utilization of
subsidy to him.
(d) Maintain the separate account of the subsidy paid to him and Director of
Fisheries, Haryana shall have the right to re-check himself or through his
authorized representative on his behalf.
(e) Faithfully comply with the advice of the department as to manage fishing.
(f) Applicant would be whole time/ part time fishing work at least for three
year after receipt of subsidy.
(g) If fail to continue fishing work for the three years than whole amount of
subsidy along with interest would have to be deposited to Govt.
3. All disputes and difference raised (arise) out in any way shall be referred for
arbitration to the Director Fisheries, Haryana. The awards of such arbitration
shall be final and binding to the Party. In witness whereof the parties here to
have signed the deed on dated respectively mentioned below under their
