Job Profile Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with expertise in molecular biology who can develop
an exciting project defining new molecular mechanisms of lymphocyte development.
This will be studied in the context of mouse models of T cell development in the thymus. In
particular we seek an individual who can make use of cutting edge technologies for measuring RNA
protein interactions.
The project will focus on the zfp36 family of RNA Binding proteins that we have recently found to
have key roles in T cell development and function. The lab benefits from a wide range of Institute
science services, including flow cytometry, Illumina sequencing, bioinfomatics and transgenic
facilities.
