Kate’s Catering is operational daily throughout the Auspicious Lunar New Year

Complete setup of buffet tables with skirting and disposable cutleries will be provided

Ordered items and complimentary items are subjected to changes without prior notification

Orders should be placed and confirmed at least 5 days prior to date of event

Preferred date and time slots are subjected to availability

Setup of catering should be arranged on ground level or lift landing level

Food is to be consumed within 3hours of delivery – last collection for dinner by 10pm

Acceptance and confirmation of order must be done by fax or email, agreed by both parties

Changes to orders less than 72hours prior to event date, will not be entertained

Any loss and/or damage of equipment or setup displays will be charged as we deem fit

Transport charge: $50.00 per session

Surcharge of $10.00 per session for deliveries to Sentosa/RWS, Jurong Island, Tuas and CBD area

Surcharge of $60.00 per hour for collection after 10pm

Complimentary waiver of transport charge for order $800.00 and above

Prices stated are subjected to prevailing GST

30% charge on total value for orders cancelled / postponed less than 5days prior to event date

100% charge on total value for orders cancelled / postponed 1day prior and/on date of event

Cancellations / postponement must be made in writing, agreed by both parties

Terms of payment (for Private orders): C.O.D - exact cash or cheque

Terms of payment (for Corporates): C.O.D - unless where prior credit terms have been established

Terms of payment (for Government & Statutory Board) - 30days (via e-invoicing)

Words: 恭喜发财 “Gong Xi Fa Cai” meaning “Congratulations for your wealth” or 万事如意 “Wan shi ru yi”
meaning “May all your wishes be fulfilled”
Step 2: Fish - symbolizes abundance or excess through the year
Words: 年年有馀 Nian nian you yu
Step 3: Pepper & Cinnamon Powder – sprinkled over the ingredients in the hope of attracting more money and
valuables
Words: 招财进宝 Zhao cai jin bao
Step 4: Pour oil, circling the ingredients - increase all profits 10,000 times and encouraging money to flow in from
all directions
Words: 财原广进 Cai yuan guang jin
Step 5: Carrots - symbolizes blessings of good luck
Words: 鸿运当头 Hong yun dang tou.
Step 6: Shredded radish - symbolizes eternal youth
