Documents are submitted in electronic form by e-mail attachment at the following address: [email protected] (subject line should read: De Jure – submission). Along with the submitted document, authors are kindly requested to provide their full names, capacities and contact details. STYLE TEXT FONT & SIZE Garamond, 12 and all texts should be one-spaced. Using bold or italics is prohibited, unless you directly quote another writer. DATES Please use dots between days, months and years. Also please use 0 and the respective number for one-digit months (e.g. 01.12.2014) STRUCTURE It is important to number parts and chapters correctly. Authors should clearly arrange their contributions into chapters and sections using the following system: I, II, III, … A, B, C, … 1, 2, 3, … a, b, c, … i, ii, iii, … Next to the respective numerical sign, please put the title of the work without period at the end. Additional section levels below the fifth should be avoided. FOOTNOTES The first footnote referring to the author’s identity (and any other relevant information) is indicated by an asterisk and is separated by a blank line from subsequent footnotes.
