BANQUET ROOM GUIDELINES
Thank you for your interest in choosing Dino’s Sports Lounge for your
upcoming event.
Whether it’s a meeting, party, or corporate luncheon, you can’t go wrong with
our Banquet Room. The Banquet Room comfortably seats up to 100 people
and has a private entrance, 10-foot large screen TV (additional cost), Authentic
Sports Memorabilia adorning the walls, Original, Commissioned Artwork of
our region’s sports history and figures by local artist, Jerry Dohey,
accommodations for a D.J., plus restrooms and a bar separate from the main
dining area to mention just a few features.
Enclosed you will find our Banquet Menu. Please look over it and feel free to
call if you have any questions. Under certain circumstances, if our Banquet
Menu does not suit your needs, you may order from the regular menu.
We believe we can accommodate your every need, so please consider the
Banquet Room at Dino’s Sports Lounge for a refreshing new atmosphere when
choosing a place for your next social event.

Your social event will be tentatively reserved at Dino’s Sports Lounge for a seven (7) day period. Inquiries
regarding your event should be made through our banquet room manager.
When you schedule your event, please double-check your date with our banquet room
manager. Your $100
non-refundable deposit is required within seven (7) days of booking in order to confirm your reservation. This
deposit will be deducted from your final bill. If a deposit is not received within seven (7) days of the initial
booking, your tentative reservation will be cancelled. All menu selections are to be received at Dino’s Sports
Lounge no later than one (1) week prior to your event.
You have the option of decreasing the original count of your function up to two (2) days in advance of the
reserved date. If this policy is not followed, Dino’s Sports Lounge has the right to charge for the minimum
count required, rather than charging for the final count, whichever is higher. There will be a $100 room charge
for private parties (partition closed) of 50 or less. If you are planning a Friday or Saturday night party, you must
have a minimum of 75 people to make your reservation “private” (partition closed.) For non-private parties, the
room fee will be waived. However, you must order a banquet package from the menu.
Dino’s Sports Lounge will not be held responsible to any previous pricing information in possession of the
customer.
All bartenders at Dino’s Sports Lounge will adhere to serving laws as set by the Pennsylvania Liquor Control
Board.
All food left on buffet tables stays at Dino’s Sports Lounge. Unless prior arrangements have been made with
management, left over food on buffet tables cannot be taken home.
--- PAYMENT POLICY --Dino’s Sports Lounge requires a non-refundable $100 initial deposit within seven (7) days of making the
reservation for your event. This deposit will be applied to your total bill and is non-refundable in the event of a
cancellation.
