Alliance Capital Management LP (now called Alliance Bernstein), Alexander Forbes and Investec Asset
Management. An economist by training, his deep understanding of the core drivers of the investment
industry is from nearly two decades of consulting, business development, investment analysis and
economic research experience. He also previously ran his own trustee training business and lectured
postgraduate economics on a part-time basis. Mothobi is a regular presenter at industry conferences.

Saul has over 14 years of investment experience and is an accomplished money manager. A past
winner of both Raging Bull and S&P Micro Pal Awards for various funds he used to manage, Saul
previously had responsibility for in excess of ZAR 22bn in client assets at RMB Asset Management. He

Mokgatla joined Argon in April 2011 after a long and successful career at Investec Asset Management
where he was a portfolio manager of the core bond proposition and an assistant portfolio manager for
the cashplus products. His experience includes trading bonds, interest rate swaps, money markets and
foreign exchange. Prior to working for Investec Mokgatla worked at Futuregrowth and PSG Investment
Bank on the bond desk.

Kyle has over 12 years of investment experience and is an accomplished money manager. He joined
Argon in July 2011 bringing deep experience from established industry players such as Cadiz Asset
Management, Prescient Securities and Symmetry where he occupied portfolio management roles in
the absolute return space.
