We have been notified by Anthem, Inc., the parent company of our health insurance
provider, that they are mailing letters to all 78 million members that may been
breached through a highly-sophisticated cyber-attack.
Anthem has informed us that they are recommending that everyone (employees plus
dependents) sign up for the AllClear PRO identity protection.
Please see the attached letter that is being mailed to everyone with instructions on how
to enroll in the AllClear PRO monitoring service.
Anthem has created a website – www.anthemfacts.com, and a hotline, 1-877-2637995, for its members to call for more information.
