I - Icebergs Icebergs float in a northern icy ocean. (7) Above and below water, you see ice chunks in motion. (17) Pieces of glaciers sometimes break apart. (23) Now there’s an iceberg and the journey can start. (32) It floats away farther and farther in the water, (41) where it melts down smaller, as the weather gets hotter. (51) Icebergs can be dangerous to all sorts of ships. (60) These are the reasons they’re studied by scientists. (68) There’s even an Ice Patrol that has to help out. (78) They help to watch the icebergs, like ice watching scouts. (88) Icebergs can be tracked by radar or plane. (96) Icebergs keep changing; they don’t stay the same. (104) Smaller and smaller icebergs can get. (110) When they do they’re melted low and called bergy bits. (120) The next name I have might be surprising. (128) Growlers are icebergs with the smallest kind of sizing. (137) I hope that one day I get the chance to see, (148) An iceberg floating right by me!
