Deer Park Hall is a family run business set in 1400 acres of stunningly beautiful countryside. We pride ourselves on our flexibility, supportive and friendly service ensuring
that your day is a happy and wonderful occasion. We do not expect you to choose from a package but would rather tailor your day so that it is completely unique to you
both.
We believe that your wedding day is a very personal & intimate occasion to be shared with your loved ones; this is why we only ever offer the venue on an exclusive use
basis. This means that Deer Park Hall is truly yours for the day and the only people attending are the people you have personally invited.
We exceed in offering choice to our couples, we don’t want you to have to choose your wedding food from one menu & instead give you the option of 5 different caterers,
all of which offer excellent quality food with huge variety of options to suit your individual tastes & budgets.
Our free corkage allowance again offers huge flexibility; this means that you can provide your desired wines to serve throughout the day free of charge, there are no drinks
packages in sight!

Exclusive use of the entire venue, gardens & grounds from midday - midnight
A generous free corkage allowance allowing you to provide your favourite wines free of charge
A set-up day the day before your wedding so you have ample of time to add those final touches (not available for Sunday weddings)
Our fully licensed Rut Bar to be open in the evening
Use of all chairs, tables, garden games, garden fire pits, table plan easels, table number holders, wooden or silver cake stands & knives just to name a few
Fully equipped kitchen for your food to prepared freshly on site by your chosen caterer

We are licensed for both indoor & outdoor Civil Ceremonies for up to
150 people.
Our traditional Panelled Hall with beautiful open fire & Minstrels
Gallery above is a perfect setting for a civil ceremony filled with
character.
We can comfortably seat 110 guests in the Panelled Hall with up to 10
seated on the Minstrels Gallery above.
We can hold ceremonies for up to 150 people, this would require
some guests standing, please discuss in more details with a member
of our Events Team.
Equally our Lambs Leap Lawn houses a stunning wooden gazebo in
which to hold your outdoor ceremony whilst you overlook the rolling
Malvern Hills.
The wedding couple, 2 registrars & witnesses must be
seated/standing in the wooden gazebo during the entire ceremony.
There is a £100 surcharge for an indoor civil ceremony and £400 for
an outdoor ceremony.
Civil Ceremonies may be held from 12.30pm Fridays, Saturdays &
Sundays and from 3pm on Tuesday, Wednesdays & Thursdays.

It is the wedding couple’s responsibility to make the necessary
arrangements with the registrar and inform Deer Park Hall.
We have a range of beautiful local churches within a 10 mile radius of Deer Park Hall.
The following churches range from quaint village churches to the larger grand Abbey in Pershore.
In order to marry in any of the listed churches you must either:
Have a connection to the parish – E.g. yourself or your parents live in the parish, you have been
christened in the parish.
Or
Attend regular worship – regular worship is classed as visiting church at least once a month for 6
months.
