CONFIRMED SPEAKERS INCLUDE:
Women are gaining ground in every profession, yet they still hold relatively
small percentages of jobs in male-dominated industries. Growing a career in
male-dominated industry does often create challenges for women than it does
for men. Despite these challenges, career success in a male-dominated field is
possible, as many women are proving.
This conference will give women a forum to discuss their unique career
concerns and learn from other women who have faced similar challenges. It
will address some of the issues that women face when working in a maledominated industry - mentoring, inspiration and life balance. It will inspire,
motivate and help women learn to lead, win and excel in the often maledominated industries. Come learn from women who will share with us what
their challenges have been as women in their fields and what lessons they've
learned on how to achieve career success.
