Church, 1280 S. Alpine Road, Rockford, IL from 3 p.m. – 6 p.m.
ON RACE DAY – Watch for AirFest Parking signs to direct you to
International Cargo Building. Race Day packet pickup will be from
5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Release and waiver of liability:
In consideration of the foregoing, I and/or my minor child for myself,
my spouse, my heirs, my executors, administrator and assignees, do
herby release and hold harmless Chicago Rockford International Airport
Authority, Winnebago County CASA, United Way of RRV, race sponsors,
officials, volunteers, and their insurers, Officers and Employees from
any and all claims for liability for death or damages for any and all
injuries to me or my property, arising out of or in connection with my
participation in the Run the Runway. This release extends to all claims
of every kind and nature whatsoever, whether foreseen or unforeseen,
known or unknown.
I and/or my minor child attest and verify that I have full knowledge of
the risk involved in the Run the Runway and I certify and attest that I
am physically fit and trained to participate in it. I have read this release;
I understand it and have executed it voluntarily, as verified by my
signature on the reverse side.
